How do I know if the package I want is still available?

Can I request a special seat?
No seat assignment is required. Tickets to the HGV Clubhouse will get you access to any of the floors, where there will be elevated premium viewing opportunities and spaces with comfortable seating throughout.
Is food and beverage included?
Yes, all-inclusive food and beverage service will be available upon access to the HGV Zone.
Are children allowed to attend the event?
Children are permitted to attend with a parent or guardian. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter FORMULA 1® HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2024.
Can I modify my reservation?
With the very limited number of packages being offered and the exclusive Member price, modifications are not permitted. However, please see the Details of Participation for our cancellation policy.
Will there be any meet and greet opportunities?
Access to the HGV Clubhouse will allow you to view the F1® cars as they weave around a 3.8-mile track comprised of three main turns and 17 corners, racing a total of 50 laps. No meet and greet events are included.
Do I have to stay at the resort?
Yes, a 3-night stay is required with these packages.
Are check-in/check-out dates flexible?
In order to best accommodate all Members, each package has specific, non-changeable dates. We recommend you choose a package with check-in and check-out dates that work best for your schedule.
Do I get access to the Elara Terrace party and HGV Live! concerts during my entire stay?
Yes, all such events happening between your check-in and check-out dates are included in this package offering. Call 888-407-6241 to confirm availability.

What is Hilton Grand Vacations membership review and when does it take place?

Do I have to purchase ownership with Hilton Grand Vacations during my membership review?
There is absolutely no obligation to purchase an additional Hilton Grand Vacations ownership interest.
May I attend the membership review myself?

Eligibility: No one is excluded from visiting our properties or purchasing a timeshare. Although anyone can visit our properties or purchase our timeshare resorts, our FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX packages are only available to persons who meet certain criteria and reside in a state where our projects are registered for sale. Our special preview packages are only available to persons whose combined gross annual income meet certain requirements.

You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if you: (i) have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, (ii) have attended a Hilton Grand Vacations sales presentation at any property within the last year, and/or (iii) are an employee of Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Worldwide or their affiliates.
